Making the New Fact Flyers All Yours

With so much change captured in your 2020 Annual Report, why not wrap up all your data in some new fresh fact flyers? This year, we are offering a new set of fact flyers along with our traditional format to provide some different ways of highlighting the work that happens in our CT libraries. Join Ashley Sklar, Adult Services and Community Engagement Consultant, for some simple tips and tricks for personalizing these flyers as you think about your various potential uses for this information in terms of contexts and audiences. The three new flyers are:

  • At A Glance | Captures a snapshot of the library as a whole including people, resources, services, programs and finances
  • Children and Young Adult | Zooms in on the data that describes all things youth including, programs, collections, and circulation
  • COVID-19 Pandemic | Highlights data that reflects all that your library did to serve your community safely and effectively during this public health crisis

It is strongly encouraged that you request your library’s new fact flyer(s) no later than a week ahead of the program. You can request 1, 2, or all of the 3 available flyers. Please visit Statistics for Connecticut Public Libraries: Flyers & Resources for Advocacy for samples and information on how to request your flyers.
