DESCRIPTION:Join End Hunger Connecticut! for an informative session on the 
 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). We’ll cover the basics 
 of SNAP\, recent and upcoming changes to the program—including the 
 impacts of the federal government shutdown and H.R.1—and what these mean 
 for Connecticut residents. This session will cover FAQs\, key messaging to 
 share with the public\, advocacy opportunities\, food security resources\, 
 and practical ways libraries can support both SNAP households and other CT 
 families during this critical time.\n\nPresenter: \n\nMeg Hadley Zimmerman 
 is the Program Manager for End Hunger CT\n\nRecording and Slides:\n\nThis 
 program is being recorded and will be made available on the CT State 
 Library\, Division of Library Development YouTube Channel. A link to the

 Come?\n\nThis session will be appropriate for anyone who may need access to 
 information on the changes to SNAP\, impacted by both the Federal
